Caluco has a well-earned reputation for premium quality weather- resistant cushions, customized to fit our own collections any other brand of furniture. With a production time of two weeks or less, these cushions stack up against the competition with regard to style, value and comfort.

• CUSHIONS AND FABRICS
• The cushions are American made in our production facility in San Fernando, CA with a stellar turnaround time of 2 weeks.
• Our control over the cushion manufacturing process allows us to craft cushions with custom designs and patterns and offering COM fabric. We offer over 250 different styles, patterns and varieties of Sunbrella® fabric, designed to resist fading, mildew, and water.

• The cushions we manufacture use open- celled foam, covered with a Dacron wrap, designed for comfort and durability. We offer hospitality projects the option to upgrade to quick-dry foam.
