1. Do you have fabric samples or frame finish Samples?
   Yes, we do provide fabric and frame finish samples. If you are interested in obtaining these samples please contact our customer service at (866) 535-6558 and provide your mailing address. Please note that we do not provide furniture samples.
2. Do ship to Hawaii or Canada?
   Yes. In order to maintain shipping charges low, it is highly recommended to purchase a full dining set or full deep seating.
3. How much is freight?
   Freight varies depending on the destination, weight and size. Please contact customer service for an accurate price on the order placed.
4. How much weight does a chair hold?
   The Santorini, Origin, Milano, San Michelle, and Florence collections can hold up to 450 lbs.
5. How do you compare to other top brands?
   Caluco offers a stylish, well designed product that can compliment any home or need at an affordable price than other manufacturers. We usually offer the same warranty as other manufacturers at nowhere near the same price.
6. How do I care for my aluminum furniture and cushions?
   Please keep in mind that aluminum does not rust. If your furniture is scratched you may request touch up paint by contacting our customer service department. We also offer furniture covers to protect your furniture.
7. How do I care for my cushions?
   It is recommended to keep your cushions indoors during the winter season or use furniture covers to protect them from the rain. If you need to remove stains or dirt, a recommended cleaning solution is to use Dawn dishwashing liquid (2oz.) and 1 gallon of water.
8. How do I go about in getting custom cushion replacements?
   Please contact our customer service department and request a custom cushion replacement form in where you will provide your contact information and the desired dimensions for your custom cushion.
9. Are you environment friendly?
   Yes. We use 50% of premium-quality recycled aluminum.
10. Do you provide dimensions of the cushions?
    No. Our dimensions are customized to our raw materials and dimensions vary if different fabric and/or materials are used.
