Caluco Residential Use Warranty

Limited Warranties

Warranty is Non-transferable

The following limited warranties are extended to the original residential use purchaser. This warranty does not apply to commercial use. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Warranties are not transferable to a subsequent owner. Pictures or inspection may also be required. These warranties supersede all previous warranties.

Frames?

15 Year Limited Warranty

Caluco LLC extends warranty coverage to the original retail purchaser that all frames used in stools, ottomans, chairs, chaises, loveseats, sofas, and benches will be free from material and manufacturing defects for 15 years from the date of purchase.

If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality.

Caluco will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs within the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame.

After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping the frame to Caluco.

The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Caluco does not warrant against damage caused by acts of nature, exposure to extreme climate conditions, ocean air, exposure to suntan oil or other chemicals, normal fading or weathering, scratching or chipping of the finish.

Tables

If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality.

Caluco will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs within the continental United States to repair or replace a defective table.

Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the original due to dye lot differences. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality.

Caluco will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs within the continental United States to repair or replace a defective cushion.

Caluco LLC extends warranty coverage to the original retail purchaser that all patio umbrellas and bases and fabric will be free from material and manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
